Tarmachan Ridge Route

1. Start at the carpark just up the road a wee bit from the visitor centre (NN 601 386)
2. Head south from the carpark to NN 604 383 and take the path up the hill
3. Follow the path first west, then north, to the south-west top (NN 599 385)
4. Drop down to the col and then up the steep path to the summit of Meall nan Tarmachan (NN 585 389)
5. Saunter along south-westward onto the summit of Meall Garbh (NN 578 383)
6. Descend from Meall Garbh and then head onto the summit of Beinn nan Eachan (NN 570 383)
7. Continue along onto the summit of Creag na Caillich (NN 567 367)
8. Follow the path south-west off Creag na Caillich then turn east towards the dam (NN 566 367)
9. Follow the track east from the dam, taking the south-east turn at the junction (NN 586 369)
10. From there you can follow the track back to the carpark
