Corserine Route

1. Start at the car park near Forrest Lodge (NX 553 862) and follow the forest road roughly south-south-west past Burnhead until the road takes a sharp bend, at which point leave the road and follow the path to the edge of the trees
2. Find the stile at the bottom of Meikle Lump and ascend on to the ridge then continue your ascent to the top of Meikle Lump and then south-west to Meikle Millyea
3. Head north-north-west along the Rhinns of Kells ridge, over Milldown and Millfire, then north to Corserine
4. Go first east then east-south-east to North Gairy Top and descend to the path by Folk Burn (NX 517 872)
5. Follow the path to the forest road and then follow the road past Fore Bush back to the car park
